About this course

A two-day, hands-on course in using generative AI on the work you already do — emails, reports, documents, spreadsheets and research — in English and Nepali, with the checks that stop a confident wrong answer reaching your manager or your client. Built for whole teams taken together, and run as open batches for individuals.

Who this is for

  • Teams that want to use AI the same, safe way — taken together
  • Office, admin, HR, finance and operations staff
  • Managers who need to set ground rules for AI in their team
  • Anyone using ChatGPT already and wanting better, safer results

What you’ll be able to do

  • Explain what generative AI does well, and the ways it is confidently wrong
  • Write prompts that turn rough notes into usable emails, minutes and reports
  • Draft and translate in English and Nepali, and check the result
  • Summarise, compare and pull key points out of long documents
  • Use AI with spreadsheets for formulas, summaries and first-pass analysis
  • Check facts, numbers and references before relying on an answer
  • Know what must never be pasted into an AI tool, and why
  • Build a reusable assistant and a prompt library for your role

Tools you’ll use

  • ChatGPT
  • Claude
  • Google Gemini
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Copilot in Excel
  • Custom GPTs, Projects & Gems
  • A no-code automation tool

Your project

Each participant redesigns one recurring task from their own job with AI — the prompts, the checks and a before/after time estimate — and the group writes its own team AI policy: approved tools, data rules, review steps and disclosure.

Where you’ll use this

  • Drafting emails, letters, notices and minutes in minutes, not hours
  • Summarising reports, policies and long documents
  • First-pass analysis and formulas in Excel
  • Translating and checking English–Nepali drafts
  • Writing your team’s AI policy before something goes wrong

Before you start

None. Comfort with email, documents and spreadsheets is enough. Bring a laptop and, if you have one, the AI account your organisation provides.

Who teaches it

The course is designed and taught by data and AI practitioners — people who build data pipelines, dashboards and AI systems for businesses — so every exercise reflects how the tool is used on real work.

Certificate

You receive a GeXOn Training Center certificate when you complete the course and its project.

Every certificate carries an ID that employers can check at trainingcenter.gexonai.com/verify.

Frequently asked questions

Is this for technical people?

No. It’s built for people who work with documents, email and spreadsheets. No coding at any point.

Which AI tools do we use?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot — and whichever one your organisation has already approved. The skills carry across tools; we show the differences that matter.

Do I need a paid AI account?

No. Free accounts cover almost everything. If your organisation provides Copilot or ChatGPT Team, bring it and we’ll use it.

Is it taught in Nepali?

In English or Nepali, or both — and you’ll practise drafting and translating in both languages.

What does it cost, and when is the next batch?

We share the fee and schedule when we confirm your batch. Register below and we’ll contact you within one working day — registering doesn’t commit you to anything.

Can we run it for our whole team?

Yes — that’s how it works best. We run it on site anywhere in Nepal or remotely, around your department’s real tasks. See corporate training.
