AI in the Workplace
Use AI on the work you already do — emails, reports, documents and spreadsheets — and check it before you trust it.
View courseGo from “AI could do this” to an automation that actually runs: n8n workflows and AI agents connected to your email, sheets and systems — with approvals, error handling and cost limits built in.
Build AI workflows and agents that do real work: read an email, pull the right data, draft a reply or a report, and hand it to a person to approve. You build them in n8n, an open-source automation tool, connected to the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tools and APIs your organisation already uses — with the error handling, approval steps and cost limits that make an automation safe to leave running.
The full outline. A downloadable PDF follows once the content is final.
You automate one real workflow end to end — for example an inbox that sorts enquiries, drafts replies for approval and logs them to a sheet — and show it running with its failure paths.
Comfortable with spreadsheets and with using ChatGPT or similar. No programming needed, though reading simple JSON helps — we cover it. AI in the Workplace is a good first step.
The course is designed and taught by data and AI practitioners — people who build data pipelines, dashboards and AI systems for businesses — so every exercise reflects how the tool is used on real work.
You receive a GeXOn Training Center certificate when you complete the course and its project.
Every certificate carries an ID that employers can check at trainingcenter.gexonai.com/verify.
No. n8n is visual. You’ll read and write a little JSON and a few expressions — we teach those from scratch.
It’s open source, can run on your own server so your data stays with you, and connects to almost anything. What you learn carries over to Zapier, Make or Power Automate.
