Data literacy for teams
Reading data correctly, spotting a misleading chart, asking better questions of reports. For non-technical staff and managers.
Not a generic syllabus delivered to a room. We start from your roles, your tools and — where you’re comfortable — your own data, and agree at the start how you’ll know the training worked.
Five steps, so the training ends in changed work rather than an attendance sheet.
A short conversation, and a skills check if useful, to learn what each group does today and where data or AI would change it.
A programme mapped to your roles and tools — the reports finance builds, the questions sales asks, the process operations runs.
Hands-on sessions on site, remote or blended, in English or Nepali. Exercises use your own data where you’re comfortable sharing it.
Every participant finishes by using the skill on a real piece of their own work — a dashboard, a query, an automation.
We check the outcome against what we agreed in step one, and tell you plainly what worked and what needs follow-up.
Each is adapted to your team. Combine them, or tell us what you need and we’ll design from scratch.

Finance, sales, MIS or operations — the project is the dashboard that department actually needs. Built on our 15-day Power BI course.
Half a day for leaders: what is real, what is noise, where the risk sits, and how to choose a first use case. Details
Whole-team AI adoption with written ground rules, through to automations running on your processes. See the AI courses
There is no per-seat list price: a half-day briefing for a board and a three-week Power BI programme for a finance team are different products. Group size, location, duration and how much runs on your own data all move the number.
We’ll reply within one working day to understand your team, then send a written proposal with a fixed scope.
No. It makes the training more useful, but we can use realistic sample data instead. If you do share data, we agree beforehand what is used, who sees it and how it’s deleted afterwards.
There’s no strict minimum. For very small groups we may suggest joining an open batch instead, which usually costs less.
Yes, each participant who completes the programme receives a GeXOn Training Center certificate.
