Terms
The rules for using this website, registering for a course, paying fees, and the certificates and materials you receive.
Draft, pending legal review. This is a working draft. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be updated once it is final. Last updated November 2026.
1. Registering for a course
- Registering, downloading course content or booking a counselling call is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
- Your seat is confirmed only when we confirm the batch, schedule and fee with you and you accept.
- Course content, schedules and batch dates can change before a batch starts. If a change affects you, we tell you before you pay.
2. Fees and payment
- Fees are agreed with you directly and paid through a private payment link (eSewa or Khalti), by bank transfer or in person.
- Refunds, transfers to a later batch and part-payments are agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) when your seat is confirmed.
- If we cancel a batch, you choose between a full refund and a seat in the next batch.
3. Certificates
- A certificate is issued when you complete the course and its project.
- Each certificate carries a unique ID that anyone can check on our verify page.
- We may revoke a certificate obtained dishonestly, for example through plagiarised project work. A revoked certificate shows as revoked when checked.
4. Course materials
Slides, notebooks, datasets and other materials are for your own learning. Please don’t resell or republish them. Your project work is yours to keep and show.
5. Using this website
Don’t use this site or its forms to send spam, to submit someone else’s details without their permission, or to try to access systems or data you aren’t entitled to.
6. Liability
We teach skills; we don’t guarantee jobs, promotions, exam results or particular business outcomes. The website is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
