What we collect when you enquire, enroll, pay or get a certificate, why we need it, and how you stay in control of it.

What we collect, and why

Every form submission is saved in our own database, so we can follow it up, and a copy is emailed to our team. We also send you a short confirmation email.
Payments
Online payments are made on eSewa’s or Khalti’s own pages. We never see or store your wallet PIN, password or card details. We record only the amount, the payment reference and whether it succeeded.
Certificates
Anyone who has a certificate’s exact ID can see the learner’s name, the course and the completion date on our verify page. That is how employers confirm a certificate is real. You cannot search by name, and nothing else about you is shown.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or trade your personal information
- Add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for
- Use advertising or tracking cookies
- Collect sensitive personal data (health, biometric, political views)
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If you download course content, your browser remembers the name, email and phone you typed, so you don’t have to type them again for the next course. This stays on your device; clear your browser’s site data to remove it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to an enrollment: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Enrollment and fee records: as long as the law requires us to keep financial records.
- Certificates: for as long as the certificate needs to be verifiable. If a certificate is revoked, the record is kept and marked as revoked.
How we protect it
Everything you send travels over HTTPS. Your details are stored on access-controlled systems, and only the staff who handle enrollments, fees and certificates can see them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info.gexontraining@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within 5 working days and complete the request within 30 days. We keep only the records the law requires us to keep.
Nepal
We are based in Lalitpur, Nepal. In line with the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018), we collect only what we need, use it only for the purpose we told you, and share it with authorities only when legally required. We handle electronic records with the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008) in mind.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and its date.
